With the reported release of another 7.1 billion Naira as Imo's share of the Paris Fund refund, the available cash, accessible by the Imo State governor, Chief Emeka Ihedioha to begin his Rebuilding project is about 55 billion Naira.
Having inherited about 48 billion Naira directly from His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha, Ihedioha who has been described as the luckiest new governor in Nigeria has reportedly received another 7 billion Naira from the Federal Government from the Paris Debt Refund.
It is not clear if these monies include the LGA allocation and 13% derivation fund accruable to the State from the Federation account.
Imolites are on the lookout for massive infrastructural and human capital development in the next few months, as justification for this huge assets inherited by the former Deputy Speaker.
