JAMB Releases Result Of 2019 UTME
The results of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, (JAMB) has started trickling in.

NaijaCover recalls the 2019 UTME commenced on Thursday, 11th April across various CBT centres scattered across the country.

To be able to check the results, candidates are expected to obtain a JAMB result checker card and have their Jamb registration number handy, then follow the instructions below:

Step 1. Go to JAMB UTME e-Registration Portal here: http://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility

Step 2. When the page loads up, Login and click on the box “Check 2019 UTME Examination Results”

Step 3. Your score will be displayed on your computer screen or it will display “You Do Not Have Any Result Yet“.

Some candidates will also be able to receive their results via the email and mobile phone numbers used during registrations for the exam.

For those who see the message “You do not have any result yet”, don’t be worried as it is only candidates who have written their examination 1 to 3 days before that are expected to see their results online. Just keep on checking.

Note: Avoid the use of wrong email address and password.

Here is a quick step for candidates who wrote the 2019 UTME examination to check their results.

Text RESULT to 55019 from your registered phone number(s).

Those who were ABSENT, got their Registration CANCELLED or have their results WITHHELD will be told.

The following are the responses to be expected:

2. A candidate with a result will receive the message: “Dear Mr/Miss X, your result is as follows… (And the details will be provided)”.

3. If a result is withheld, a “Result Withheld” message will be sent to the candidate.

4. If a candidate belongs to the category being given the benefit of the doubt, the message to the person will be: “Result withheld pending the upload of clarifications/document required from you.”

5. If a candidate was absent, s/he would get “CANDIDATE ABSENT” as feedback.

6. A candidate that was ABSENT WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER also CANCELLED will be so informed.

7. “Invalid Entrance into the Exam Hall” will be sent to a candidate who gained unauthorized access to the examination hall.
